In Mumbai, the price of 22-carat gold was ₹13,775 per gram, up by ₹265, and ₹1,10,200 for 8 grams, up by ₹2,120. The 24-carat gold rate stood at ₹14,464 per gram after an increase of ₹275, while 8 grams was priced at ₹1,15,712, recording a rise of ₹2,224.
In Chennai, 22-carat gold was priced at ₹13,450 per gram, increasing by ₹270, while 8 grams was available at ₹1,10,000 after a rise of ₹2,160. The 24-carat gold rate reached ₹14,438 per gram, up by ₹284, and ₹1,15,504 for 8 grams, up by ₹2,272.
